The Chemin des blés is done and animated by the association with the same name.
Founded in 1998 by a few enthusiasts, its historic headquarters is in Granges-Marnand, but its address is at the home of its President in Fey. Its approach is based on a regional development based on hiking tourism and the development of our region, its agricultural, natural and historical heritage.
Designed and developed between 1998 and 2006, its implementation was financed by funds from the Confederation, the Cantons and the Vaud and Fribourg Regional Development Associations, as well as the Loterie Romande and various private partners.
Its maintenance is provided by the towns for the paths taken, and by the Association for interpretation sites, through contributions and punctual aidIts route is controlled and regularly maintained by markers that ensure the quality of the indications allowing you to follow it easily.
The Chemin des Blés has made its place in the landscape crossed by facilitating, through the mild tourism, the discovery of a previously unknown region. It continues its development with the ambition to expand the tourism offer for a national and European public.
The association is made up of member municipalities, interested associations and individuals motivated by pedestrian and rural tourism.
Many projects are in sight, supported by a motivated Committee to present an interesting offer. The Regional Tourist Offices are in charge of putting this offer in value.
The Committee invites you to join this project by becoming a member in order to support it for its purpose.
